GM Voices Forms Partnership with Voxeo for Improved Voice TechnologiesGM Voices is one of the biggest international producers of professionally-recorded voice prompts for automated technologies. The company recently made an announcement on its partnership with Voxeo (News - Alert), a provider of unlocked communications that is directed at Interactive Voice Response as well as several other multi-channel communications solutions. These two organizations will have come together to bring on large expansive partner and reseller channels. They will also combine each of their cutting technologies along with brand-consistent voices. This will ensure a superior international standard customer experience. GM Voices (News - Alert) and Voxeo made their partnership formal at Voxeo Customer Summit 2011. This is Voxeo’s yearly showcase of their new products, the latest of features they have and also all future plans that are afoot. These two organizations had earlier come together on several unofficial occasions for projects of mutual benefits. In a release, Marcus Graham (News - Alert), CEO of GM Voices said, “Voxeo is doing a great job of establishing itself as the leader of the IVR marketplace. From product innovation to customer satisfaction to an enthusiastic, aligned corporate culture, it’s all happening for these guys right now. These are the qualities we look for in a partner, and we’ve been thrilled with the access we’ve been given to Voxeo’s extended family of resellers.” GM Voices gives IVR technology providers the ability to get much more out of their meetings and finalize on more deals. This they can do by providing a customized recorded audio recorded scenario that shows how the voice will actually integrate into the solution. They demonstrate how an automated voice solution will engage customers. They are able to humanize the operations of the caller/IVR interactions. This helps them bring out the best of light yet. At present these experiences are often recorded via secret shopper calls. This helps the organization put together a “before/after” comparison in a systematic manner. As soon as a Voxeo reseller is taken through these scenarios, they tend to select the more professional voice as part of the self service part of the solution. These have been upgraded as well.
