SIP Print Express: A Size Conscious Recording System for the SMBWith the ITEXPO (News - Alert) East, hosted by TMC, currently taking place at the Miami Beach Convention Center in South Beach, many companies are poised to make announcements about new products and innovations to hit the market.
One company that is releasing a breaking news announcement at the show is SIP-based VoIP call recording provider SIP Print (News - Alert).
The company is revamping its product line by releasing the SIP Print Express, a recording device that can be licensed for up to 15 end points.
Jonathan Fuld, chief technology officer at SIP Print, told me in a recent TMC (News - Alert) interview that the new system is aimed at the small business who wants recording but has been priced out of telephony call recording, until now. Listing under $3,999.00, the SIP Print Express joins two other company products that provide coverage from the smallest business to the larger enterprise organizations.
The best part about this system: its size. Measuring about the size of a short stack of books, the Sip Print Express is concise and provides companies with the solutions they need to fit their business model.
“SIP Print wanted to design an appliance that fit in with the smallest business environment without sacrificing any of the features found in the larger systems,” Fuld said. “We achieved this goal by designing a box that weighs 4 pounds, measures 8.5” by 2.5” by 11” and makes virtually no noise comes with its own base stand.”
With the new system, any company – ranging from a small search firm to a two person stock brokerage firm to a tax accounting office – can have anytime recording without the need for a computer room. And, since the system can fit anywhere, places it on a desk, or on the end of a table makes it hassle free.
But, despite its attractive size, how will this improve services SIP Print provides?
“Simply, SIP Print offers all the time recording to the smallest of businesses to have the same feature sets that the very large firms have,” Fuld said. “The Express product rounds out the appliance offerings for the small firms to the enterprise.”
And, as an appliance business, Fuld believes the new system will be quite a seller.
“We expect a demand for the SIP Print Express. SIP Print is in the appliance business. Set it and let it go. No software to fuss about. No hardware that needs rebooting. Just plug in the Express and get on with business,” Fuld added.
