VoltDelta Services Obtains an Amazing 100 Percent Accuracy Score In QMG's Quality Audit
When it comes to finding a specific telephone number and address of a residence, business, or government entity, the easiest way to locate it is through a Directory Assistance service. LSSiDATA (News - Alert) is North America’s one of the most trusted providers of data and communication services for customers across a wide spectrum of industries. Recently, VoltDelta (News - Alert), a business unit of LSSiData, achieved a performance milestone by bagging a perfect 100 percent accuracy score in a leading audit firm's independent audit.
LSSiDATA is the core contributor to the National Directory Assistance database for telecommunication carriers throughout North America. The company takes pride in its massive database, which has been built up through the partnership with telecommunications carriers and over 2,600 wireless carriers, VoIP providers, CLECs, and opt-in data sources. The database, according to the company, receives quality enhancements powered by more up to 2 million updates per day, six days per week. These enable LSSiDATA to deliver an expansive range of most current and comprehensive contact information products and related solutions. One of the recent independent Database Quality Audit conducted by Quality Management Group (Qmg) reveals that the company’s contact resources are 100 percent accurate.
Qmg conducted this quality audit for LSSiDATA’s peer business unit VoltDelta Service Provider Solutions. The two companies collaborate to provide a multitude of services such as database marketing services, data processing, listing verification, mobile and online data solutions, directory assistance services, call completion services, and reseller and toll services. The audit was completed in October, 2012.
The auditing process involved monitoring and collecting 1,200 randomly selected Directory Assistance calls requesting business, residential and government contact information. As part of the auditing procedure, all interactions between the caller and the operator have been recorded and documented by the auditors.
The next step involved is analysis and verification of each call sample. In order to leave no room for doubts, the auditors called up the listing owners and compared the two versions. In order to obtain high accuracy score, the listing details required to be matched to one that was verified by the listing owner the telephone number.
“VoltDelta Service Provider Solutions achieved a perfect score in our accuracy audit with the use of business, residential and government contact data supplied by LSSiDATA. A 100 percent mark for accuracy, exceeding the 98.39 percent industry accuracy mean for Directory Assistance providers indicates that processes are working for delivering quality,” said president of the Quality Management Group Andrew Matson, in a statement.
