Digerati Technologies has replaced its current VoIP session control and class four softswitch equipment with Sansay's (News - Alert) VoIP session control system.

The Sansay VSXi system will serve as the foundation for Digerati Technologies’ next generation technology platform.

Digerati Technologies is a global provider of cloud communication services. In addition to creating operating efficiencies, the deployment of Sansay's VSXi system will also maximize the quality of service for Digerati's global VoIP services and SIP trunking applications.

The decision to deploy Sansay’s VSXi platform was made after extensive evaluation of other session control systems in the market.

Digerati has deployed the platform at its primary network operations facility in San Antonio, Texas. This platform has become an essential component of Digerati’s network architecture that enhances its product line, lowers equipment costs, simplifies network operations, and provides several improved technical features.

The scalable solution allows Digerati to better serve its customers while realizing CAPEX and OPEX (News - Alert) savings.
